No. If a video needs a login to view — private or unlisted uploads, members-only content, or deleted clips — our servers cannot fetch the file either. Public Shorts links only.
YouTube download support is newer and narrower than our stable platforms. Coverage expands over time, but some watch pages, live replays, and region-blocked videos still fail — always confirm the preview shows the right clip before saving.
Common causes: private or deleted Shorts, live streams or premiere replays, age gates, region blocks, rights-managed audio, or an incomplete link. Confirm the Short opens in an incognito window and paste the full Share → Copy link, then retry once.
