    On the Facebook app or facebook.com, open a public Page or profile reel — not a private group or friends-only post. Reels in the main feed or on a Page's Reels tab work when visibility is public.

    On mobile, tap Share under the reel player. On desktop web, use the Share button below the video. Either path opens the menu where Copy link appears on most public reels.

    Choose Copy link. Facebook should copy a facebook.com/reel/… URL — for example facebook.com/reel/1234567890. On desktop you can also copy the address bar URL while the reel page is open.

    Paste on www.smdownloader.com

    Open www.smdownloader.com in your browser, paste into the URL field, and click Download. Preview the reel, then save the MP4 to your device.
