Copy a TikTok link from the app.
Grab the share URL on iPhone or Android — vm.tiktok.com links are fine.

Open the TikTok video
In the TikTok app, open the public clip or photo post you want to save. Private or friends-only posts will not work in SMDownloader.

Tap Share on the right
Tap the curved arrow on the right side of the screen. This opens TikTok's share menu.

Tap Copy link
Choose Copy link. TikTok usually copies a vm.tiktok.com short URL — paste it as-is. SMDownloader expands it automatically.

Paste on smdownloader.com
Open your mobile browser, go to smdownloader.com, paste into the URL field, and tap Extract. Preview the file, then save it.

If Copy link is greyed out, the owner may have disabled sharing. Try opening the same post in a mobile browser while logged out — if it loads, copy the address bar URL instead.
