Copy a Douyin link from the app.

Grab the share URL on iPhone or Android — v.douyin.com short links are fine.

    Open the public Douyin post

    In the Douyin app, open the video, image note, or carousel you want to save. Private or friends-only posts will not work in SMDownloader.

    Tap Share

    Tap the share arrow on the right side of the screen (or the ··· menu on some layouts) to open Douyin's share sheet.

    Tap Copy link

    Choose Copy link. Douyin often copies a v.douyin.com short URL — paste it as-is. Full douyin.com/video/… links from the browser also work.

    Paste on smdownloader.com

    Open your mobile browser, go to smdownloader.com, paste into the URL field, and tap Extract. Preview video, audio, or images, then save.
